Inside Sales Representative (m/f/d)

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated Inside Sales Representative (m/f/d) at the earliest possible date.

Your Tasks

• Telephone and written support as well as consulting our customers
• Creation, processing, and follow-up of offers
• Order processing and monitoring of deadlines and delivery periods
• Support of our field service in daily business
• Maintenance and administration of customer and master data
• Close cooperation with purchasing, warehouse, and logistics
• Creation of calculations, evaluations, and statistics

What You Bring to the Table

• Completed commercial training, e.g., in wholesale and foreign trade, or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in inside sales, technical sales, project management, or administration is an advantage
• Initial experience in the trading industry is desirable
• Strong service orientation and enjoyment in dealing with customers
• Strong communication skills as well as a confident and reliable demeanor
• Good English skills in spoken and written form
• Experience with ERP-Systemen and proficient use of MS Office
• Independent, structured, and goal-oriented way of working
• Teamwork skills, resilience, and a hands-on mentality
