Sales Support Advisor - German Speaking

Advancing People Multilingual is recruiting for a German Speaking Sales Support Advisor on behalf of an established and rapidly growing international distributor, specialising in premium products, based in Chesterfield, Derbyshire.

The Role

Working as part of a growing Customer Service team, you will support German speaking trade and retail customers, ensuring queries are handled efficiently and customers receive outstanding service throughout their after-sales journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide after-sales support to German & English-speaking customers via telephone, email and messaging.
• Manage warranty claims, spare parts requests and aftercare enquiries from initial contact through to resolution.
• Liaise with internal technical and logistics teams to resolve product and delivery issues.
• Support communication between German speaking customers and internal departments, including translation where required.
• Maintain accurate customer records and ensure all cases are followed up promptly.
• Identify recurring customer issues and contribute ideas to improve service and processes.

About You

• Fluency in German
• Previous experience in customer service, after-sales support or a similar customer-facing role.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive, organised approach with the ability to take ownership of customer enquiries.
• A genuine commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
• Experience in a technical support, manufacturing or product-based environment, along with familiarity with CRM or case management systems is desirable but not essential.

This is a full-time permanent position offering a basic salary of £30,000 + 13% Bonus
