Today, we require people with experience as a RELIABILITY ENGINEER:
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOUR EXPERIENCE IN:
- Identifying failures and problems in industrial equipment through reliability methodologies (RCM, PMO, 5 Whys, Ishikawa, Pareto, Power BI).
- Analyzing key metrics (MTTR, MTBF, equipment availability) to evaluate equipment performance.
- Leading and implementing predictive tools (vibration analysis, ultrasound, thermography, precision alignment).
- Developing and implementing improvement and savings projects on-site.
- Optimizing preventive maintenance plans and reliability strategies.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Mechanical Management, Mechatronics, or Electronic Engineers
- At least 3 years of experience as a reliability engineer
- Residing in Zone: Torreón – Coahuila
- Competencies: Leadership, Planning and Organization Capacity, Commitment, Sense of Urgency
- Advanced conversational English
- Schedule availability and rotating shifts
