ICT Engineer - SW Factory (Active SC Applicants only)

Applicants must be SOLE UK NATIONAL and hold an ACTIVE SC CLEARANCE Rate - TBC Start - ASAP Duration - 6 months to start, project likely 3-4 years Location - Reading Hybrid (2 days per week in Reading once office up and running)

Job purpose The ICT Engineer supports the implementation, operation, maintenance, and evolution of Software Factory platforms, development toolchains, and automation capabilities. Key Accountabilities and Objectives ? Accountabilities include (but are not limited to): Support software development, build, test, and deployment activities. Configure and maintain Software Factory tools and environments. Develop scripts and automation utilities. Support platform integration and operational activities. Troubleshoot technical issues and support end users. Lifecycle Management Support platform maintenance and upgrades. Contribute to automation and continuous improvement initiatives. Support deployment and release activities. Governance Ensure compliance with engineering standards and processes. Maintain configuration and operational documentation. Support audit and quality assurance activities.

Qualifications Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related discipline. 2+ years of experience in Software Factory, DevOps, CI/CD, or ALM environments.
