About the Role ?Advanced Massage Therapy is seeking a friendly, organized, and reliable Temporary Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at our McPhillips clinic for our peak busy season.

?This position provides essential administrative and customer service support to keep our clinic running smoothly during our highest volume period of the year. If you excel at multi-tasking, love working with people, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you!
**?*Key Responsibilities***
- ?*Client Greeting & Check-In:* Welcoming clients warmly, processing arrivals, and ensuring intake forms are completed.
- ?*Payment Processing:* Handling check-outs, processing point-of-sale transactions, and issuing receipts.
- ?*Appointment Scheduling:* Managing client bookings, phone calls, and schedule adjustments using our booking software.
- ?*Clinic Reset & Maintenance:* Keeping the reception area clean, organized, and stocked between client appointments.
- ?*Administrative Support:* Assisting clinic management with daily operational communication and front-of-house workflow.
Requirements
**?*Qualifications & Skills***
- ?*Experience:* Previous experience in medical clinic reception, spa/wellness front desk, retail, or hospitality customer service is preferred.
- ?*Communication:* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first attitude.
- ?*Tech-Savvy:* Comfortable navigating electronic booking systems, scheduling tools, and point-of-sale systems.
- ?*Dependability:* Punctual, detail-oriented, and able to work independently during busy treatment blocks.
