Quality Manager

Your tasks

Manage and oversee overall quality operations to ensure that PCB products and manufacturing processes consistently comply with customer requirements, internal quality standards, and relevant legal or regulatory requirements. Focus on defect prevention, process quality development, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement throughout the entire manufacturing process.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Science, Quality Management, or other related fields.
2. At least 7 years of experience in Quality Engineering or Quality Management, with experience at a supervisory or managerial level, particularly in the PCB, PCBA, Electronics, or related manufacturing industries.
3. Good knowledge of PCB manufacturing processes, product quality requirements, and common PCB defects or issues.
4. Knowledge of SPC, MSA, FMEA, Control Plan, 8D, CAPA, Root Cause Analysis, and statistical quality tools.
5. Knowledge of relevant quality systems and standards such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949 as applicable, IPC, RoHS, REACH, and specific customer requirements.
6. Experience in customer complaint management, Quality Audit, Process Audit, Corrective Action, and Quality Improvement.
7. Ability to analyze quality trends, Process Capability, Yield Loss, Scrap, Rework, and defect data to drive improvements.
8. Good skills in communication, problem-solving, analysis, leadership, and decision-making.
9. Experience using quality systems such as ERP, MES, or other manufacturing-related systems will be given special consideration.
10. Good English proficiency for communicating with customers, preparing technical reports, conducting audits, and preparing documentation.
