Process Engineer

Key Responsibilities

1. Control and monitor PCB Drilling & Routing processes to ensure process stability, product quality, and production efficiency.
2. Manage and control Drill Bit specifications, usage, and life to support production requirements.
3. Monitor process parameters, analyze abnormalities, and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for process and quality issues.
4. Implement corrective and preventive actions and support process improvement and optimization.
5. Work closely with Production, Quality, NPI, and related departments to resolve process issues.
6. Maintain process documents, work instructions, reports, and control standards.
7. Apply quality tools such as FMEA, Control Plan, APQP, and PPAP.

Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Electronics, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. At least 1 year of experience in the PCB industry. Experience in PCB Drilling, Routing, Drill Bit Control, Process Engineering, PE, MI, NPI, or related functions is preferred. Basic understanding of PCB rigid board manufacturing processes, technical capabilities, and quality standards. Knowledge of ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 and related quality tools. Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently identify and resolve issues. Good communication, coordination, and teamwork skills. Good computer skills with proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word. Good English communication skills, both written and spoken. Able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
