Import & Export Operations

  • Coordinate and manage import and export shipments.
  • Arrange shipments with freight forwarders, shipping agents, and express companies.
  • Monitor shipment status, delivery schedules, and customs clearance process.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, customers, forwarders, and internal departments.

Customs Clearance

  • Prepare and verify documents required for import/export customs clearance.
  • Coordinate with customs brokers and relevant authorities.
  • Check HS Code, product descriptions, customs values, duty, VAT, and other import/export requirements.
  • Support customs issues and ensure compliance with customs regulations and company procedures.

Import/Export Documentation

  • Prepare and check Invoice, Packing List, AWB/BL, COO, Form E, Form D, and other shipping/customs documents.
  • Verify consistency of information between shipping documents, PO, and ERP system.
  • Maintain and organize import/export documents for record and audit purposes.

Shipment & Cost Management

  • Monitor freight charges, customs duty, VAT, storage charges, and other logistics costs.
  • Check freight invoices and supporting documents before payment.
  • Coordinate with Finance/Accounting regarding payment and customs-related expenses.

BOI / Regulatory Compliance

  • Support import/export activities under BOI privileges and other applicable regulations.
  • Prepare and maintain documents required for BOI and customs procedures.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Other Responsibilities

  • Follow up on urgent shipments and resolve logistics/customs issues.
  • Support internal departments regarding import/export procedures and documentation.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor/manager.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Business, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related fields. Experience in Import & Export, Customs, Logistics, or Shipping is preferred. Good knowledge of import/export procedures and customs documentation. Good coordination and communication skills. Good command of English (reading and writing). Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel and ERP/OA systems. Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Detail-oriented and responsible.
