IE Engineer

Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to increase productivity, quality, and cost efficiency. Conduct time studies, work measurement, line balancing, and capacity analysis. Optimize manpower utilization, production layout, and workflow to improve operational efficiency. Monitor production KPIs, identify bottlenecks, and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Lead Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and waste reduction projects. Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions (WI), and process documentation. Support New Product Introduction (NPI), process validation, and engineering change implementation (ECO/ECN). Collaborate with Production, Quality, Process Engineering, Product Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to improve manufacturing performance. Prepare reports, analyze production data, and provide recommendations to management.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience as an Industrial Engineer (IE) in a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, Line Balancing, Time Study, Work Study, Capacity Planning, and Productivity Improvement. Experience in factory layout planning, workflow optimization, and process improvement. Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Data Analysis); knowledge of Power BI, Minitab, or AutoCAD is an advantage. Good command of English; Chinese is an advantage.
