HSE Engineer
Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and safety standards across projects and operations.
Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits.
Identify potential hazards and recommend appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
Ensure compliance with applicable HSE regulations, standards, and company procedures.
Prepare and maintain HSE reports, inspection records, risk assessments, and incident reports.
Investigate incidents and near misses and recommend measures to prevent recurrence.
Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and HSE awareness sessions.
Monitor the implementation of Permit-to-Work and other safety control procedures.
Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure HSE compliance.
Support emergency preparedness, drills, and response procedures.
Monitor environmental, occupational health, and workplace safety requirements.
Provide regular HSE performance updates and recommendations to management.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
4–6 years of professional experience in HSE.
Must be currently working as an HSE Engineer or in a closely related HSE position.
Experience in the Electrical Power / Energy / EPC / MEP / Infrastructure sector is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of HSE practices, risk assessment, incident investigation, and safety procedures.
Proven success stories and measurable achievements with previous companies/projects.
Strong communication, leadership, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams and contractors.
HSE certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, or equivalent are preferred.
Good command of English is preferred.
