R&D Assistant/Engineer

•Assist the R&D team in product research, testing, and data collection. •Support product formulation and development processes. •Prepare samples and maintain accurate lab records. •Coordinate with internal departments for trials and evaluations. •Help track project progress and maintain technical documentation. •Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during experiments and trials.

Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree or diploma or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Automation, Industrial Engineering, or related majors. •Experience in an R&D or laboratory environment is an advantage. •Good attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills. •Basic computer skills (MS Office) and CAD/CAM. •Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment. •Language: Chinese communication is MUST, Tai/Lao/English is a plus.
