CQE Manager

1.Leading quality assurance and testing activities to come out related report from related manufacture process for Connector and Cable, then communicate with Oversea Customer to final/solve all concerns. 2.Fluent in spoken, written, and oral English, and able to communicate seamlessly with Oversea clients; 3.Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify issues and provide improve solution to Customer. 4.After joining the company, a 3-month internship at the Shenzhen Longgang factory is required to familiarize yourself with the company's relevant processes, quality standards, and capabilities, enabling you to better and more accurately meet customer needs. 5.Must travel independently to overseas factories to accommodate customer audit schedules, or travel as required by overseas factories, and participate in quality-related responses and handling during customer new product development.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree above in Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Automation, Industrial Engineering, or related majors. 2Over 5 years of experience in connector product quality-related work; experience in cable assembly is a plus; In-depth understanding of connector manufacturing processes, materials, and testing standards, and able to integrate machine data to analyze related quality issues. Familiar with traceability information flows, able to quickly track the origins of problematic products, utilize MES systems for quality monitoring, and conduct regular monitoring and assessment of products based on Cpk/SPC to ensure quality consistency and stability; Familiar with the five core quality tools of IATF16949: APQP / PPAP / FMEA / SPC / MSA; used to analyze quality issues in relevant manufacturing processes. Proficient in using 8D, 5Why... quality methods to quickly organize a team, identify and resolve problems, and able to write and communicate fluently with clients in English. Communication in Chinese is a plus
