About Us

Adrenalin Group is an integrated communications company. We operate across 3 business units: AdrenalinX (Experiential Events), AVPD Studios (Production and Livestream), and Aether Lab (Innovation and Emerging Technology).

We are looking for a People & Culture Senior Executive to own the full employee lifecycle across all 3 business units. This is a hands-on role covering 9 areas: recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, payroll and compliance, HR policy, employee and industrial relations, training and development, employer branding, internal events and partnerships, and company operations. You will report directly to the Group Managing Director. Candidates with more relevant experience may be considered for a managerial role.

What You'll Own

Recruitment

  • Run end-to-end hiring for every role across the different units, including full-time, contract and intern hires.
  • Work with business unit leads to define hiring needs, write job descriptions and set selection criteria
  • Post roles, screen CVs, conduct first-round interviews and coordinate interview schedules
  • Manage offers, salary negotiations and candidate communication from first contact to rejection or signed contract
  • Build talent pipelines for recurring and project-based roles, and manage recruitment agencies and job platforms

Onboarding and Offboarding

  • Prepare contracts, offer letters and onboarding paperwork
  • Run orientation, system access and introductions for new joiners
  • Hold check-ins with new joiners through probation to track how they are settling in and flag issues early
  • Manage resignations, exit interviews and final settlements
  • Issue confirmation, promotion and termination letters

Payroll and Compliance

  • Process monthly payroll for all employees across the group
  • Submit CPF contributions and SDL monthly
  • Prepare and submit annual IR8A and employee income records through IRAS AIS
  • Administer leave, claims, overtime and attendance
  • Handle work pass applications, renewals and cancellations with MOM
  • Keep the company compliant with the Employment Act and related legislation

HR Policy

  • Write and maintain the employee handbook and HR policies
  • Communicate policy changes and apply them consistently across business units
  • Keep employee records and HR systems accurate and confidential

Employee and Industrial Relations

  • Be the first point of contact for employee concerns and grievances
  • Manage disciplinary matters, investigations and documentation
  • Advise management on employee relations and handle industrial relation matters
  • Hold regular one-on-ones with employees on wellbeing, engagement and retention

Training and Development

  • Coordinate the performance appraisal cycle and support managers through it
  • Identify training needs, then plan, source and coordinate programmes
  • Manage training records, vendors and available grants
  • Administer employee benefits, including medical and group insurance, and manage renewals
  • Manage Career Conversion Programme (CCP) hires, including applications, training plans, salary support claims and programme reporting

Employer Branding

  • Run employer branding across LinkedIn, the careers page and other channels
  • Create content that shows our culture, people and work
  • Represent the company at external events, including career fiars, school and university events, industry events and networking sessions
  • Identify, prepare and submit applications for employer and industry awards

Internal Events, CSR and Partnerships

  • Plan and run internal events such as townhalls, celebrations, team bonding and festive activities, including budgets and vendors
  • Build and manage partnerships with schools, universities, industry bodies, vendors and community partners
  • Coordinate internship programmes and talent partnerships
  • Plan and run CSR initiatives, including community partners, volunteer activities and staff participation

Who Thrives in This Role

You likely:

  • Have 2 to 3 years of experience in HR generalist work, with hands-on payroll and recruitment
  • Know Singapore employement law and CPF, IRAS and MOM processes well enough to run them without supervision
  • Can run many priorities at once with limited support
  • Handle sensitive matters, from salaries to disciplinary cases, with discretion and judgement
  • Are comfortable working directly with Group CEO, Group Managing Director and business unit leads
  • Can adapt to 3 business units with different hiring needs and cultures
  • Are proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude for drafting and research
  • Have experience supervising or guiding a junior team member
  • Have hands-on experience with Info-Tech HRMS and payroll software, or a similar system
