Your tasks

• Service, maintain and repair domestic heating and hot water systems.
• Work across a range of residential properties.
• Deliver excellent customer service to residents and clients.
• Complete job reports and paperwork accurately.
• Follow all relevant health, safety and compliance requirements.
• Participate in an evening and weekend out-of-hours rota.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Essential gas qualifications: CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1 and CKR1.
• Experience servicing and repairing domestic heating systems.
• A professional, customer-focused approach.
• Good communication and organisational skills.

• Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm (40 hours per week, including a daily unpaid lunch break).
• £42,000 annual salary.
