Total Rewards Analyst
The Opportunity The Total Rewards Analyst handles compensation and benefits delivery for APAC, based in Singapore. The role engages with employees, Payroll, Finance, Legal, the Employee Resource Centre (ERC), and vendors to offer accurate, compliant, and employee-focused programs. This is a hands-on role combining operations, data analysis, collaborator coordination, project support and process improvement. What you'll Do As a Total Rewards Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in handling compensation and benefits programs across APAC. You will: Partner with multiple departments to achieve smooth delivery of rewards programs. Analyze data to determine competitive compensation packages. Coordinate with collaborators to successfully implement new benefits initiatives. Support project management activities related to rewards and benefits. Benefits & wellbeing Manage enrollments, terminations, and eligibility for APAC benefits programs. Resolve advanced employee and manager cases, ensuring compliance and mitigating risks. Coordinate with vendors and collaborators for renewals and new program rollouts. Coordinate wellbeing and education sessions, maintaining bilingual communications and documentation. Support HR technology changes to simplify and improve processes. Compensation Participate in job evaluations, market benchmarking, and compensation reviews. Assist in annual compensation review activities and system testing. Prepare compensation reports and support compliance requirements like gender pay gap disclosures. What you need to succeed To thrive in this role, you should have a blend of analytical skills, collaborator management abilities, and a keen attention to detail. Required qualifications Background in Total Rewards, benefits, compensation, HR operations, or payroll. Professional English skills; additional Asian languages are a plus. Strong analytical, Excel, project-management, problem-solving, and communication skills. Capability to engage with multiple departments and handle sensitive information with care. Curiosity, continuous learning, and a willingness to build compensation expertise. Preferred qualifications Experience with regional APAC programs, retirement plans, payroll interfaces, and statutory leave. Familiarity with tools like Workday, Benifex/Benify/Darwin, ServiceNow, Power BI, and vendor management.
