Assistant Supply

Your tasks

To maintain daily product stock registers for each product, and record all transfers and deliveries. To reconcile all PDN/PTN and meter readings, confirm and process PDN/PTNs through the system and ensure product notes issuance is restricted according to the company’s regulations and procedures.

• Checks and audits products issued as per PDNs/PTNs, including meter-reading notes compared to dispatch statements and control room statements.
• Prepares daily product transfers and deliveries in the specific statement and reconciles product notes, prints output statements through confirming the system, and provides monthly reports of meter reading.
• Reconciles daily PDN/PTNs and meter reading statements received from control room. Informs control room officer, control room supervisor, and supply officer if there are any discrepancies.
• Detaches and files yellow copy of all confirmed PDNs/PTNs before forwarding them to finance along with the computer printout of daily-confirmed PDNs/PTNs.
• Prepares monthly statement of products received from Umm Al Nar, Moussafa, and Ruwais refineries.
• Maintains unit activity records, including typing daily and monthly reports, and all typographic duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Types and follows up on staff annual leave, records in the particular form, as well as carrying out typographic duties during the absence of dispatch assistant.
• Performs other similar or related duties regarding product supply as and when assigned by direct supervisor. Assists supply supervisor with unit activities and during his absence.

Requirements

Minimum qualification High school diploma and vocational/technical training.

Minimum experience, knowledge & skills

• 3-5 years’ experience in a relevant field.
• Computer literate of basics.
• Good knowledge of Arabic and English languages (spoken and written).
• Valid UAE driving license.
