Technical Industrial Machinery Salesperson

At ADN Recursos Humanos, we are looking for a Technical Industrial Machinery Salesperson to join a consolidated company in the industrial sector, dedicated to the development and commercialization of machinery and solutions for companies. We are looking for a professional with a background in Mechanical or Electromechanical Engineering, verifiable experience in technical sales, and a fluent level of English, who can combine technical knowledge with a strong commercial orientation.

Main responsibilities:

• Prospect and develop new clients within the industrial sector.
• Identify commercial opportunities and develop new markets.
• Technically present and demonstrate machines, equipment, and industrial solutions.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to closing and after-sales follow-up.
• Negotiate prices, commercial conditions, and payment methods.
• Prepare technical offers and commercial documentation in Spanish and English.
• Conduct commercial visits to clients and industrial plants.
• Participate in fairs, events, and commercial missions.
• Coordinate with technical and engineering areas for the development of proposals.
• Manage strategic clients and business opportunities.

Requirements:

• Completed university degree in Mechanical or Electromechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of verifiable experience in technical sales.
• Experience in the commercialization of machinery, equipment, or industrial solutions.
• Fluent English, oral and written, (mandatory).
• Ability to write technical and commercial documentation in English.
• Experience in prospecting, negotiation, and closing commercial operations.
• Very good communication and presentation skills.
• Results and business development orientation.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Having a client portfolio or contacts within the industrial sector will be valued.
• Residence in San Carlos Centro or nearby areas of Santa Fe, Esperanza, Franck, Gessler, or Gálvez.
• Availability to travel nationally and internationally.
• Availability to remain temporarily at the plant when the activity requires it.
