At ADN – Recursos Humanos, we are looking for a Technical Services Supervisor Engineer for Puerto Madero, Ciudad de Buenos Aires. We are selecting a Technical Services Supervisor Engineer in Puerto Madero, Ciudad de Buenos Aires. We focus on analytical, proactive, organized profiles oriented towards continuous improvement. With good communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Tasks to be performed:

• Technical management and monitoring of maintenance and infrastructure services.
• Coordination and monitoring of preventive maintenance programs (PPM).
• Supervision of providers and contractors.
• Analysis of critical infrastructure and improvement proposals.
• Implementation of predictive maintenance strategies centered on reliability.
• Preparation of management reports and communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Asset monitoring, corrective and reactive maintenance.

Requirements:

• Mechanical, Electromechanical, or Electrical Engineer.
• Experience in engineering positions.
• Experience in maintenance management in corporate buildings of more than 5,000 m².
• Bilingual English.
• Solid knowledge of HVAC systems, sanitary, and mechanical installations.
• Experience in team leadership and contractor management.
• Advanced mastery of Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.

Workplace: Puerto Madero, Ciudad de Buenos Aires. Place of residence: preferably surrounding areas. Schedule: Monday to Friday 09:00 to 18:00 hours. On call 24 hours. Start Date: Immediate. Work modality: On-site. Contract modality: Full-time employment.
