Maintenance Supervisor (Facility Manager) - CABA Zone

ADN Recursos Humanos is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor for an important company providing building maintenance services.

Requirements:

• Education: Graduate or advanced student of Mechanical, Electromechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience in team leadership and contractor management is required.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering and maintenance management positions in corporate buildings of more than 5,000 m² is required.
• Solid knowledge of HVAC systems, sanitary, and mechanical installations is required.
• Bilingual English is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the maintenance and refrigeration technician team.
• Technical management and monitoring of maintenance and infrastructure services.
• Plan, organize, and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of air conditioning systems.
• Work together with the client's external maintenance personnel.
• Preparation of management reports and communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Manage the attention to requests and requirements from the client's personnel.
• Implementation of predictive maintenance and reliability-centered strategies.

• Working hours: Monday to Friday from 9 to 18hs
• Modality: On-site.
• Workplace: Puerto Madero, CABA.
• Hiring Modality: Employment relationship and indefinite term contract.
