Building Maintenance Supervisor - CABA Zone

ADN Recursos Humanos is looking for a Hard Service Supervisor for an important building maintenance company.

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Technical management and monitoring of maintenance and infrastructure services.
• Coordination and monitoring of preventive maintenance programs (PPM).
• Supervision of providers and contractors.
• Analysis of critical infrastructure and improvement proposals.
• Implementation of predictive maintenance and reliability-centered strategies.
• Preparation of management reports and communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Asset monitoring, corrective and reactive maintenance.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Graduate or advanced student of Mechanical, Electromechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering and maintenance management positions in corporate buildings of more than 5,000 m².
• Bilingual English.
• Solid knowledge of HVAC systems, sanitary, and mechanical installations.
• Experience in team leadership and contractor management.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD (desirable).

Working hours:

Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00 hrs.
