Ref. 21497: Sr Solution Analyst / Núñez CABA / On-site

At ADN – Recursos Humanos we are looking for a Sr Solution Analyst / Hybrid Núñez CABA / 100% On-site for an Important Company.

Requirements:

• Between ten and thirteen years of professional experience, with a solid track record in Solution Analyst / Business Analyst roles.
• Verifiable experience in the Payments domain, preferably in Corporate & Investment Banking environments.
• Solid experience in Cross Border Payments projects and knowledge of the markets involved.
• Advanced experience in ISO 20022 and MX messages.
• Knowledge of CBPR+ standards.
• Experience in end-to-end solution implementation, with interaction between different business and technology areas. Knowledge of functional and technological architecture concepts.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear functional requirements and high-quality documentation.
• Analytical capacity, results orientation, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Good communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, problem-solving profile, and oriented toward teamwork.
• Basic Portuguese, with the ability to interact and understand documentation/communications in the language.

Main responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and ensure they comprehensively cover functional needs.
• Perform detailed analysis and design standard, scalable, and reusable functional solutions.
• Participate in the design and definition of solutions for Cross Border Payments and Real Time Payments initiatives.
• Work under ISO 20022 / CBPR+ standards, with a special focus on MX messages.
• Prepare functional documentation, interface mappings, and static data definitions.
• Review and validate solutions and documentation with different Business and Technology stakeholders.
• Ensure the quality and consistency of functional solutions and the generated documentation.
• Integrate into multidisciplinary agile teams and support the various implementation stages.
• Participate in UAT processes, including test case preparation, planning, monitoring, and progress communication.
• Work collaboratively with other Business Analysts and involved teams, ensuring the fulfillment of objectives and deadlines.
• Proactively manage relationships with Business and Technology stakeholders.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and potential deviations, proposing mitigation actions.
• Manage multiple priorities and agendas autonomously and in an organized manner.

Workplace: CABA Nuñez – Argentina. Place of residence: Areas close to the workplace. Schedule: Monday to Friday from 9 to 18 hs.
