Description:

At ADN – Recursos Humanos, we are looking for a Project Manager IT / Hybrid Microcentro or Martínez for an Important Company.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of verifiable experience in project management within the technological field.
• Education: University degree in Ingeniería de Sistemas, Ciencias de la Computación, Informática or related careers.
• Experience in managing both business projects -product, strategy, or operations- as well as technological projects, including software development, infrastructure, and/or ciberseguridad.
• Advanced English (Mandatory).
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to organize, plan, and manage multiple projects, tasks, and priorities, with strong attention to detail.

Main responsibilities:

• Integral project management: lead technological and business projects from inception to closure, ensuring execution within defined deadlines, scope, and budget.
• Planning and definition: establish scope, objectives, and deliverables together with management and key stakeholders. Develop and maintain detailed project plans.
• Team coordination: manage and coordinate internal, external, third-party resources, and providers involved in the projects.
• Stakeholder management and communication: act as the main point of contact for the project, facilitate meetings, coordinate teams, manage expectations, and present progress reports to management.
• Risk and change management: identify and manage risks, anticipating possible impacts on the project, and administer changes in scope, schedule, and costs.
• Measurement and reporting: monitor project performance using appropriate tools and methodologies, generating progress reports and keeping documentation up to date.
• Quality assurance: ensure that deliverables meet defined quality standards and business needs.
