Sr. Commercial Executive (Automatic Machinery) - With industry experience

At ADN Recursos Humanos, we are looking for a Technical Salesperson – Automatic Machinery to immediately join an industrial company with an extensive track record in the development and manufacturing of automatic equipment for the plastics industry and packaging lines, with national and international reach.

The position is on-site, based in San Martín, Buenos Aires. The schedule is Monday to Friday from 7 am to 4 pm, with flexibility according to the client visit schedule.

The selected person will be responsible for visiting industrial plants, detecting commercial opportunities, developing new clients, and comprehensively managing the sales process, from quotation to closing deals, working together with the company's technical areas.

We are looking for profiles with between 3 and 5 years of experience in the sale of industrial production machinery. Experience in this type of sales, advanced oral and written English, a valid driver's license, and availability to travel are mandatory.

Experience in industrial automation, packaging lines, automatic assembly, packaging or filling, as well as having a valid visa for the United States, will be valued. Good command of Office tools, communication skills, commercial orientation, and professional presence are required. Residence in the San Martín area or surroundings will be considered a plus.

The hiring is as a permanent employee, with a variable commission scheme. The company offers MEDIFÉ health insurance (individual plan), a vehicle for visits, covered travel expenses, and technical training. It also has an on-site dining room with space for personal meals.

Important: experience in the sale of complete production machines is sought, not individual tools. Assembly refers to automatic processes, not manual assembly.
