Responsibilities and assignments

• Act in the administration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of corporate network environments;
• Configure, administer, and maintain LAN and VLAN networks, ensuring availability, performance, and security;
• Implement, configure, and support Cisco equipment (Switches and Routers);
• Perform analysis and resolution of incidents related to connectivity, routing, and switching;
• Manage and monitor network infrastructure, identifying improvement opportunities and preventing downtime;
• Work with network protocols and concepts aligned with CCNA, including switching, routing, STP, EtherChannel, VLANs, Trunking, ACLs, and routing protocols;
• Execute changes in the network infrastructure following technical standards, policies, and procedures;
• Support expansion, migration, and upgrade projects of the network environment.

Requirements and qualifications:

Requirements and qualifications

• Solid experience in administration and support of corporate networks;
• Advanced knowledge in LAN, VLAN, Switching, and Cisco Routing;
• Practical experience with Cisco equipment;
• Mastery of the concepts and protocols covered in the CCNA certification;
• Experience with configuration and troubleshooting of VLANs, Trunks, STP, EtherChannel, ACLs, and routing protocols;
• Knowledge of network monitoring tools will be considered a differentiator;
• Advanced English for reading technical documentation and communication.
• CCNA, CCNP certification or Higher Education;
