Responsibilities and assignments

• Perform monitoring and second-level (N2) technical support of the LTE network, ensuring the availability and stability of services.
• Act in the analysis, diagnosis, and troubleshooting of failures in RAN, EPC/Core, Radio MW, and associated infrastructure environments.
• Execute alarm and event analysis using Nokia platforms, such as NetAct and NSP (Network Services Platform).
• Perform continuous monitoring of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), identifying degradations and network optimization opportunities.
• Support the regional team in investigating and resolving incidents, acting as a technical interface between Operations, Engineering, and vendors.
• Execute analysis of logs, traces, and packet captures in the Nokia LTE environment, supporting the troubleshooting of signaling and traffic failures between RAN and EPC, including attach, authentication, bearer establishment, mobility, and data connectivity processes, aiming to identify the root cause of incidents.
• Perform troubleshooting on LTE network elements, including eNodeB, EPC, CMM, CMG, HSS, Gateways, transmission links, and infrastructure equipment.
• Act in opening, monitoring, and validating tickets with the manufacturer Nokia.
• Prepare technical reports, operational procedures, and incident documentation, keeping the knowledge base updated.
• Perform post-deployment validations and monitor network changes (Change Management), ensuring the quality of deliveries. Support integration, testing, and acceptance activities for new LTE network elements. Use Linux environment for command execution, log analysis, scripts, and operational activities related to the platform.
• Work together with multidisciplinary teams to ensure compliance with operational SLAs.
