Responsibilities and assignments
Main Responsibilities and Assignments
IT Procurement and Vendor Management:
- Perform the request and mapping of commercial proposals with external technology vendors and IT service providers.
- Conduct and monitor the registration flow of new IT vendors, being responsible for requesting the necessary documentation from partner companies, performing data cleansing, and submitting registration requests in the internal system for fulfillment by the responsible team.
- Submit purchase requests and IT investment orders in the corresponding systems.
- Monitor end-to-end the delivery of materials and the performance of contracted services from third-party companies at the plant.
Financial and Budgetary Control of the Area (CAPEX/OPEX):
- Support the planning, control, and monitoring of IT CAPEX (capital expenditure) and OPEX (operating expenditure) budgets.
- Receive invoices from IT vendors, perform initial verification, validate, and direct them for accounting entry in the respective cost centers of the technology area.
- Monitor and manage the payment flow to ensure that all contractual commitments are met on time.
IT Governance and Asset Management (Physical and Logical Control):
- Support the structuring and maintenance of the department's IT Governance practices.
- Perform physical and logical control of IT assets (hardware, data collectors, computers, software licenses), acting in the physical receipt of new equipment, verification, cataloging in the inventory system, preparation/distribution to users, and safety stock control (also serving as operational backup for the area's inventory routines).
- Use operational and ticketing platforms to ensure compliance with internal processes.
Requirements and qualifications
Requirements and Qualifications
Education: Completed degree in Information Technology, Production Engineering, Analysis and Systems Development, Computer Science, or related Technology and Engineering courses.
Work Model: Availability for 100% on-site work at the São Paulo Plant.
Professional experience: Previous experience in administrative routines, support for procurement or billing, preferably working close to technology teams or in an industrial environment.
Technical Knowledge:
- Basic knowledge in IT governance and market methodologies.
- Basic knowledge in IT asset management (physical and logical).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (mainly Excel for financial control spreadsheets).
Languages: Basic English.
Differentials
- Experience or familiarity with the SAP system (for purchase requests, investment orders, and accounting/financial monitoring).
- Knowledge and practical experience with the ServiceNow tool (for ticket management, requests, or assets).
- Knowledge of Power BI for generating reports, cost control dashboards, and KPI monitoring.
- Intermediate English.
