(Jr.) Finance Specialist

Your responsibilities: Participation in the Order-To-Cash process, in particular: financial handling of advertising campaigns, order verification, data entry into internal systems, issuing and sending invoices, payment allocation

Support for financial controllers in the business expense settlement process (Rydoo)

Support for foreign Sales Departments within the Order-To-Cash process (handling inquiries in English)

Close cooperation and support for the Financial Controller in daily tasks

Formal control of documents in English (orders, contracts) and ensuring the completeness of documentation

Your profile: Higher education (min. Bachelor's degree) in the field of finance (final-year Master's students are welcome)

Min. one year of experience in an accounting/finance position

English language proficiency at C1 level (due to daily work in English)

Excellent communication skills, independence, proactivity, accuracy

Practical knowledge of MS Excel at an intermediate level

Experience working in an international environment (including participation in projects such as Erasmus) will be a great asset
