Assist the production department inupdating inventory, receiving and production records.
Receive order quantities from plannersand create production work orders in the system.
Create batch orders and associate themwith work orders, prepare and update all work order statuses in the system.
Update production hours in the system.
Manage outbound calls and reply tonecessary emails.
Maintain the correct filing systembased on customer order batches.
Provide administrative support andcoordinate work between the production department and external customers.
Perform data entry tasks, ensuring theaccuracy of system information.
Assist with general administrativeaffairs and other assigned administrative tasks.
Prepare shipping documents, customsinvoices, packing lists, delivery notes and properly store documents.
Arrange courier shipments (DHL, FedEx,UPS).
Coordinate packaging and loading withthe production department.
Comply with and complete other tasksassigned by the company.
Requirements:
Possess at least a "0" levelor higher education qualification and at least 1 year of relevantadministrative or related work experience.
Detail-oriented and meticulous.
Must be able to communicate in bothMandarin and English, both in written and oral form, as this position requiresliaison and communication with Chinese colleagues regarding the ERP system.
Proficient in Microsoft Officesoftware, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Able to work independently andprioritize daily tasks effectively.
Proactive, self-motivated, and able tocomplete tasks independently.
