Principal Subsidence Engineer

Specialist ground engineering contractor that works across residential, commercial and infrastructure sectors requires a Subsidence Engineer. To oversee domestic property subsidence issues to diagnose structural and geotechnical problems and to implement appropriate treatment plans, overseeing design and quality assurance through all parts of the process. As a national role this can be based anywhere but you must be prepared to travel accordingly to personally attend site when required. About you: Candidates will ideally have a minimum of 10 years in a specialist domestic subsidence role. Professional qualifications to a minimum degree standard in either civil engineering, structural engineering or geotechnical engineering, with the appropriate BSc/MEng/MSc qualification, if not full Chartered status through either MCIE or MIStructE. Salary & Benefits: Basic salary budget up to £80,000 plus generous bonus, car allowance, pension, private medical care and 25 days holiday.
