To strengthen our team at the Designer Outlet Salzburg location, we are looking for 1 SALES ASSISTANT (M/F/D) starting September/October in PART-TIME 25H - FACTORY OUTLET, SALZBURG

Your tasks:

• Builds an emotional connection with customers and lives the brand values

• Serves customers, sells, and carries out store processes conscientiously

Your responsibilities:

• Knows the store goals and individual goals and actively works to achieve or exceed them, using all available resources

• Meets or exceeds customer expectations and drives sales as well as brand awareness by applying appropriate elements of the Customer Leitbild

• Builds an emotional bond with every customer by acting as a passionate and enthusiastic brand ambassador

• Actively incorporates basic knowledge and facts about seasonal products into the service approach within his/her store area

• Maintains an appealing, pleasant environment in which customers enjoy shopping, paying attention to Visual Merchandising as well as order and cleanliness

• Adheres to the rules and processes (SOM regulations) applicable to the store and maintains a safe shopping and working atmosphere

• Ensures that the product range is available to the customer by helping when goods have been delivered and the sales floor needs to be replenished

• Minimizes losses by always paying attention to stock levels when serving customers

• Works productively and respectfully with team members to achieve or exceed the store goals

• Completes all prescribed training programs and successfully applies them in his/her work

• Signals continuous willingness to learn and uses all offered opportunities to drive his/her development and improve his/her performance

• Cashiering activities (if applicable) - Ensures correct payment processes including careful handling of goods

• Carries out cash closures carefully

• Completes sales quickly and accurately and adheres to the specified guidelines for securing the cash balance

You bring this education or experience:

• Retail experience

• Training in sales desirable

• Basic English skills

• Basic spelling and mathematical skills, communication skills

We offer:

For this position, a collective agreement monthly gross salary of 2195€ in level C1 applies (based on 38.5h/week, to be calculated proportionally for fewer hours). However, we offer market-conform pay (negotiable basis) depending on qualification and previous experience.
