Your tasks:

• Builds an emotional connection with customers and lives the brand values

• Serves customers, sells, and carries out store processes conscientiously

Your responsibilities:

• Knows the store goals and individual goals and actively works to achieve or exceed them, using all available resources

• Meets or exceeds customer expectations and drives sales as well as brand awareness by applying appropriate elements of the Customer Leitbild

• Builds an emotional bond with every customer by acting as a passionate and enthusiastic brand ambassador

• Actively incorporates basic knowledge and facts about seasonal products into the service approach within his/her store area

• Maintains an appealing, pleasant environment in which customers enjoy shopping, paying attention to Visual Merchandising as well as order and cleanliness

• Adheres to the rules and processes (SOM regulations) that apply to the store and maintains a safe shopping and working atmosphere

• Ensures that the product range is available to the customer by helping when goods have been delivered and the sales floor needs to be replenished

• Minimizes losses by always paying attention to stock levels when serving customers

• Works productively and respectfully with team members to achieve or exceed the store's goals

• Completes sales quickly and accurately and adheres to the specified guidelines for securing cash assets

You bring this education or experience:

• Training in sales or sales experience desirable

• Basic knowledge of English

• Basic spelling and mathematical skills, communication skills

We offer:

For this position, a collective agreement monthly gross salary of 2195€ in level C1 applies (based on 38.5h/week, to be calculated proportionally for fewer hours). However, we offer market-conform pay (negotiable basis) depending on qualification and previous experience.
