Odoo Developer

This opportunity for 4 Month Contract & Extension and full WFO at Gedung Panjang - West Jakarta.

Job Qualifications – Odoo Developer

1. Minimum 5 years of experience as an Odoo Developer.
2. Strong experience in Odoo development, customization, and implementation.
3. Proficient in Python and familiar with Odoo Framework.
4. Strong understanding of Odoo modules, including customization and development of new modules based on business requirements.
5. Experience with Odoo versions 12–17 or above is preferred.
6. Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL and database management.
7. Experienced in developing and customizing Odoo modules, workflows, reports, views, and integrations.
8. Proficient in XML, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for Odoo frontend and interface customization.
9. Experience with REST API, SOAP, or third-party system integrations.
10. Familiar with Git/version control and collaborative development practices.
11. Strong understanding of the Odoo ORM, MVC architecture, and QWeb.
12. Experience with Odoo deployment, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and debugging.
13. Good understanding of business processes across modules such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, or Manufacturing.
14. Able to translate business requirements into effective and scalable Odoo solutions.
15. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
16. Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a development team.
17. Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
