Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the F&B industry, preferably in fine dining or luxury restaurants.
- At least 2 years of experience in a managerial position.
- Strong knowledge of fine dining service standards, table etiquette, and guest relations.
- Experienced in managing restaurant operations, team performance, and staff development.
- Strong understanding of sales targets, budgeting, food cost, and operational expenses.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to service excellence and guest satisfaction.
- Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and flexible shifts.
