Product / Process Development Engineer M/F

Within our technical materials transformation department (printing and cutting) and reporting to the Development department for our automotive clients, you will be responsible for the following missions:

• Analyze tenders by taking specifications into account and identifying the technical and specific constraints of clients (standards, procedures, portals),
• Determine flows, production processes, materials, and packaging in accordance with specifications,
• Calculate the industrial cost prices of the selected technical solutions,
• Coordinate internal development with the various departments (sales, research, purchasing, quality, production, ...) and with clients throughout the entire development process from the consultation phase, prototyping, and industrialization to mass production,
• Guarantee product development in compliance with the regulations, requirements, and applicable standards of the relevant sector (IATF 16949, ISO 14001),
• Ensure the creation and updating of product technical files enabling production,
• Be the primary contact for the client's technical teams and represent the company during project meetings with clients.

A hands-on man or woman, with an Engineering background (process engineering, mechanical engineering, materials) and a natural affinity for industrial transformation processes and products.

You have 5 years of experience in a similar role within the automotive sector.

Technical sense, ability to synthesize information, rigor, interpersonal skills, autonomy, dynamism, and a hands-on approach are indispensable qualities to succeed in this position.

You are proficient in English.

Travel within Europe is possible.
