- Control and coordination of transport and shipping processing for all goods
- Disposition of orders including recording, monitoring, and tracking
- Processing of deviations and complaints with a view to finding quick solutions
- Monitoring of goods receipt, unloading, and proper storage
- Ensuring compliance with specifications and processes in the warehouse and shipping areas
- Central contact person for internal departments as well as external customers and service providers

- Completed vocational training as Kaufmann/-frau für Speditions- und Logistikdienstleistungen
- Several years of professional experience in the field of logistics, disposition, or transport control
- Ideally experience in internationally or matrix-organized companies
- Good written and spoken English skills
- Knowledge of SAP R/3 (EWM, TM) is an advantage
- Team-oriented, communicative personality with a high service orientation
