Shipping Clerk (m/f/d) (Operations Manager)

Where others only see boxes, you recognize processes, deadlines, and documents. In this position, you ensure that goods are not only physically but also formally correct for their journey. You keep an eye on shipping documents, customs issues, and deadlines, serving as the connecting interface between the warehouse, freight forwarder, and customer.
Description
- Processing of incoming and outgoing goods in the ERP system
- Creation, checking, and management of shipping and customs documents
- Coordination with national and international freight forwarders
- Support and consultation for domestic and international customers
- Support in logistical processes in the warehouse (if required)
- Participation in inventories and stock audits
- Ensuring compliance with deadlines, regulations, and internal processes

Requirements
- Completed training as a Kaufmann/-frau für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung or Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik (m/f/d)
- Experience in shipping, import, or export processing
- Good understanding of logistical processes and workflows
- Confident handling of MS Office as well as an ERP system
- Good English skills, other foreign languages an advantage
- Strong communication, structured, and reliable way of working
