- Processing of incoming and outgoing goods in the ERP-System
- Creation, verification, and management of shipping and customs documents
- Coordination with national and international freight forwarders
- Support and consultation for domestic and international customers
- Ensuring compliance with deadlines, customs, and export regulations
- Support with warehouse-related activities as required
- Participation in inventories and stock controls

- Completed training as Kaufmann/-frau für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung or Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik (m/f/d)
- Professional experience in shipping, import, or export processing
- Good understanding of logistical and customs-relevant processes
- Proficient use of MS Office as well as an ERP-System
- Good English skills, other foreign languages an advantage
- Structured, reliable, and communicative way of working
