• Full processing of incoming customer orders
• Interface coordination between customers, purchasing, and sales
• Advising and supporting existing and new customers
• Creation of offers and tender documents
• Creation of service descriptions in cooperation with the marketing department
• Calculation of prices and discounts
• Processing of complaints
• Appointment coordination and tracking

Requirements

• Completed commercial vocational training
• Sound professional experience in Customer Service or in order processing
• Confident handling of MS-Office, knowledge of SAP or a similar CRM system is an advantage
• Good English skills in spoken and written form
• Confident, competent, and friendly appearance
• Team-oriented personality
