• Interface coordination between customers, purchasing, and sales
• Advising and supporting existing and new customers
• Creation of offers and tender documents
• Calculation of prices and discounts
• Appointment coordination and tracking

About the Client

• Completed commercial vocational training
• Sound professional experience in Customer Service or order processing
• Confident handling of MS-Office, ideally knowledge of SAP R/3 or a similar CRM system
• Good English skills in speaking and writing
• Confident, competent, and friendly appearance
• Team-oriented personality
