- Management of a fixed customer portfolio (focus on France) – from order to invoice
- Recording, checking, and tracking orders in the ERP system
- Close coordination with logistics, sales, and product management for smooth operations
- Processing customer inquiries, complaints, and delivery dates – friendly, solution-oriented, and to the point
- Participation in process improvements to increase customer satisfaction

- Completed degree in business administration or comparable training
- Several years of experience in Customer Service or order management
- Very good French and good English skills, both written and spoken
- Proficient use of MS Office and ideally SAP or Salesforce
- Organizational talent with team spirit, service orientation, and enjoyment of exchange
