WHAT YOU CAN MOVE

• Strategic consulting: You accompany our clients in the digital evolution of their key processes and design integration solutions that create sustainable value. You combine strategic thinking with technical excellence.
• Solution design and architecture: You analyze business and technical requirements and design scalable integration and API architectures based on the MuleSoft Anypoint platform.
• Requirements management: You translate business needs into solid technical concepts and easily coordinate exchanges between business departments, IT, and other stakeholders.
• API and integration strategy: You develop modern API and integration concepts, define best practices, and contribute to the implementation of sustainable integration environments.
• Prototyping and innovation: You design and implement demonstrations as well as Proofs of Concept, evaluate new technologies, and quickly make innovative approaches tangible.
• Project responsibility: You assume responsibilities in integration projects - both functionally and organizationally - lead sub-projects or teams, and guarantee successful implementation.
• MuleSoft development: You support developers in the implementation and maintenance of MuleSoft integration solutions. You ensure code quality, compliance with security standards, and best practices.

HOW YOU WILL SUCCEED

• Education and qualifications: You have a degree in computer science, business informatics, or an equivalent qualification.
• Integration and technology experience: You have at least seven years of experience in the field of integration as well as several years of practical experience in Java. You are also proficient in JSON, XML as well as REST and SOAP interfaces.
• MuleSoft expertise: You can demonstrate at least three years of experience with MuleSoft and are proficient in integration and API architectures such as API, EAI, ETL, or ESB within the context of complex projects.
• Industry knowledge: Experience in the banking sector is an advantage.
• Stakeholder management: You are comfortable communicating with different interlocutors and communicate effectively with various client profiles, up to senior management and C-Level.
• Certifications: You hold relevant MuleSoft certifications.
• Architecture and methodology skills: You have an end-to-end vision of processes, analyze needs in a structured manner, and develop sustainable integration solutions with a solid architectural approach.
• Personality and working method: You distinguish yourself through your customer orientation, your sense of responsibility, and a proactive personality eager to learn. Team spirit and openness to new missions are part of your qualities. You are passionate about new technologies and actively share your expertise in client projects and within the team.
• Languages: You have excellent knowledge of German as well as a good level of English.
• Availability for travel: Mobility adapted to projects. Travel is an integral part of our activity in IT services. However, we ensure that we take your personal situation into account as much as possible, particularly by prioritizing missions and projects near your place of residence.
