Baggage Claims Agent M/F - AEROEMPLOI

We are looking for a Baggage Claims Agent to join our dynamic team and ensure passenger assistance in the event of lost luggage. You will be responsible for recording passenger information, completing forms on the computer, and coordinating with carriers and airlines to organize luggage delivery.

Your role

• Welcome and assist passengers whose luggage is delayed or lost
• Complete the necessary forms for claims management
• Ensure follow-up with carriers and airlines to guarantee rapid luggage delivery
• Manage conflict situations with professionalism and a sense of service.

Dynamic and reactive, you have a true sense of customer service and are able to manage priorities in stressful situations. Your initiative, your ability to remain calm, and your capacity to propose solutions in conflict contexts will be valuable assets. You enjoy versatility and wish to join a cohesive and proactive team in an airport environment.

Profile sought:

• Versatile, resourceful, and reactive
• Keen sense of customer service, particularly in conflict situations.
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
• Comfort with IT tools.

Initial airport experience would be a plus.

You possess solid initial experience in customer relationship management or in an airport environment. You are used to managing administrative requests, handling incoming and outgoing calls, and organizing client file follow-ups. Ease in these areas is indispensable.
