Our Adéquat agency is recruiting a logistics activity manager for an evolving mission located in La Courneuve for its client specializing in the nuclear sector.

The Activity Manager manages, in technical, human, and social dimensions, several teams in an internal workshop or integrated at the client's site; with a focus on customer satisfaction and economic performance.

Your future missions:

1. Analysis of customer needs:

• Study specifications and technical specifications.
• Identify metallurgical constraints (alloys, heat treatments, standards).

1. Preparation of offers:

• Calculate costs (raw materials, processes, labor).
• Prepare quotes and technical proposals in collaboration with the engineering teams.
• Record orders.

1. Internal coordination:

• Work with production, quality, and logistics to validate feasibility.
• Launch manufacturing orders while guaranteeing compliance with quality, cost & deadline criteria.
• Ensure compliance with offer submission deadlines.

1. Monitoring and reporting:

• Maintain the offers database up to date.
• Analyze conversion rates and propose improvements.

1. Technical-commercial support:

• Answer customer questions.
• Participate in technical negotiations in support of sales representatives.
• Generate any potential warranty orders.

> Seek to optimize one's function (increase activity quality, continuous improvement approach, sense of results). > Provide a good image of the company/department in its relationship with customers (internal and/or external). > Be dynamic, reactive. > Be respectful of the company's commitments regarding legislation (notably HSE, wearing PPE, confidentiality, etc.), planning, quality, etc. > Transmit and communicate information in a clear and precise manner.

Technical skills: > Knowledge, or even experience, in the field of activity. > Knowledge of basic rules regarding social legislation: labor code, company agreement (notably 35 hours), internal regulations, etc. > Mastery of operating procedures and the internal and/or customer information system, and other office tools. > Mastery of QHSE standards.
