Missions:

• Definition of skill requirements and monitoring of associated workforce
• Recruitment and onboarding of new employees,
• Career management and employee development,
• Local social relations
• Contractual monitoring of employees
• Advisory on work organization
• Change management support for managers
• Monitoring of performance indicators for your sector and reporting to competence centers
• Compliance with Ethic & Compliance in professional relations

Profile:

• You have specialized training in human resources management,
• You have initial experience in a similar position in an industrial and ideally aeronautical environment,
• You have real interpersonal skills and demonstrate good organizational sense,
• You are proactive and know how to work autonomously.

• Fixed hourly rate + 10% end-of-mission bonus + 10% paid leave
