About the company

Our Adéquat Limoges agency is recruiting a Fleet Manager M/F for a 5-month temporary mission located in Limoges, for a client initially specializing in the manufacture of electrical installation equipment.

Your tasks

• Manage the operational management of the vehicle fleet in compliance with the car policy and support employees in its application.
• Analyze existing processes, identify areas for improvement, and propose more efficient operating methods.
• Formalize and update operating procedures related to fleet management.
• Centralize, analyze, and synthesize useful information, then transmit it in a clear and structured manner.
• Coordinate vehicle orders, deliveries, and returns.
• Handle quotation requests and compare proposals from leasing companies.
• Update fleet data, manage subscriptions, cancellations, and changes in analytical allocations.
• Manage the administrative documents necessary for putting vehicles on the road and ensure the follow-up of returns.
• Respond to driver requests and maintain a high-quality relationship with various stakeholders.

Requirements

• Have experience in fleet management or a similar environment.
• Master IT tools dedicated to the monitoring and management of a vehicle fleet.
• Possess good knowledge of tax regulations related to vehicles.
• Know how to analyze, structure, formalize, and optimize operating procedures.
• Know how to synthesize information from different sources.
• Speak English fluently.
• Demonstrate rigor, autonomy, reactivity, and excellent organizational skills.
• Know how to manage multiple subjects simultaneously and prioritize activities.
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Enjoy teamwork and know how to adapt to changes in the environment.
