Immediate embarkation with your Adéquat agency in Saint Nazaire, recruiting a Supply and Logistics Manager M/F<br><br>Joining AIRBUS/Airbus Atlantic means joining one of the flagships of the European aeronautical industry, number 2 worldwide in the field of aerostructures.<br>A company at the forefront of aeronautical technology, reinventing itself and innovating with passion.<br>Team spirit, unique know-how, and an international outlook are part of the AIRBUS group culture.<br><br>Take command of your future, this position is made for you!<br><br>Missions:<br><br>Activities:<br><br>Participate in the purchasing process for the unit<br><br>Management of consumables, unit purchases<br><br>Optimize consumable distribution solutions: definition, design, workstation layout (with Industrial Manager and Improvement Technician)<br><br>Guarantee the continuity of stocks at the workstation (production + tertiary)<br><br>Guarantee the inventory status of the fleet (work-in-progress and stored)<br><br>Prepare quotes by putting suppliers in competition<br><br>Write purchase requests (clicknbuy basket) and ensure follow-up in GESCO:<br><br>Case 1: Budget <500€:<br><br>- Verify the relevance of requests, place orders, and manage imputations<br><br>Case 2: Budget >500€:<br><br>- Present files to the Expenses commission, Place orders &amp; Reception and distribution of orders/consumables for the unit (Assisted by the GA and CFM of the perimeter for physical distribution)<br><br>Storage if needed in the Production area<br><br>Perform EM-Goods Receipts for the unit<br><br>Guarantee compliance with the consumables budget with the Economic pole and report on progress (Monthly)<br><br>Management of breakages and repairs of industrial means (excluding tools)<br><br>Receive repair needs and translate the need through an adapted process (Avis55, Purchase requests, myFM,.)<br><br>Coordinate maintenance interventions with production<br><br>Reception of orders for the unit. (Verify product conformity vs the order to consolidate EM - Goods Receipts)<br><br>Coordinate order distributions with the Workshop Managers/CFM (Metrology business correspondent) of the perimeter<br><br>Contributor to actions resulting from the continuous improvement process (ID+, 5S, Safety) within the framework of maintenance or purchasing needs.<br><br>Consultation of suppliers prior to launching the purchasing process<br><br>Launch and follow up on avis55 in the case of maintenance of industrial means (excluding tools)<br><br>Update the Safety action follow-up file proposed by the SSE<br><br>Administrative and financial management of Norias towards FAL and Structure<br><br>Receive the list of return equipment from the GA<br><br>Maintain the database<br><br>Launch the purchase of missing equipment per quarter on the FAL (Final Assembly Line) section<br><br>Profile:<br><br>- Mastery of SAP + Google suit<br>- English (understanding and reading)<br><br>Remuneration and benefits:<br>- Fixed hourly rate + 10% end-of-mission + 10% paid leave<br>- Collective and/or individual bonuses + profit sharing + CET 5%<br>- Weekly pay advance if needed,<br>- Possibility of rapid integration, training, and evolution,<br>- Benefit from dedicated aid and services (health insurance, housing, childcare, travel).<br><br>The aeronautical sector is taking off again and offers prospects for evolution.
