International Transport Operator M/F

Our agency Adéquat Le Pontet is recruiting for one of its clients, specializing in international road transport, an International Transport Operator (M/F).

As a Transport Operator, your main mission will be:

• Ensure the management and monitoring of transport operations for a dedicated client portfolio, with a focus on service quality, reactivity, and optimal coordination of flows.

Responsibilities:

• Organize shipments according to client instructions (order taking, planning, monitoring).
• Coordinate operations with internal services (freight forwarding, trucking, customs).
• Be the client's primary contact: proactive communication, shipment tracking, responding to requests.
• Monitor anomalies, manage complaints, propose solutions and corrective actions.
• Participate in quality monitoring (KPI, indicators, reporting).
• Contribute to billing and administrative follow-up of transport files.

Contractual details: Type of contract: CDD to be filled as soon as possible Mission location: Le Pontet Working hours: daytime (Monday to Friday) Remuneration: €2300 to €2600 gross/month (depending on profile) + Restaurant Vouchers of 8.80 euros (60% covered by the employer) + Mutuelle

Profile sought EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE Education level, professional skills:

• Bac +2 in logistics / transport OR significant experience in transport coordination / customer service.
• A first experience in the transport sector is desired, but motivated entry-level profiles are welcome.
• Professional English required (reading and simple client exchange).

Personal skills:

• Organization, autonomy, and sense of priorities.
• Interpersonal skills, good written and oral communication.
• Mastery of office tools (Excel, Word). Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
