Training Coordinator (M/F)

Our agency Adéquat is recruiting a Training Coordinator (M/F) for one of its clients, a major player in the industrial sector, as part of a 12-month temporary mission.

YOUR MISSIONS Within a dynamic and international industrial environment, you will be responsible for managing the organization and monitoring of employee training.

ENGLISH MANDATORY IN WRITING AND SPEAKING: you must be able to understand and write.

Your main missions will be:

• Identify training and refresher needs according to different employee profiles: safety (EHSS), quality, industrial performance, and internal procedures.
• Manage and update training matrices to ensure skills monitoring and compliance with deadlines.
• Plan and coordinate training sessions in collaboration with internal trainers, operational teams, and external providers.
• Support employees on e-learning platforms and provide support in using training tools.
• Occasionally organize and facilitate training sessions and awareness actions for teams.
• Ensure the administrative and documentary follow-up of completed training.
• Implement and monitor performance indicators (KPI) to measure the progress and effectiveness of training actions.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of training processes.

SEARCHED PROFILE You have proven successful experience in the coordination, management, and monitoring of training, ideally acquired in an industrial or logistics environment.

You possess the following skills:

• You are recognized for your rigor, listening skills, ability to synthesize information, and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Autonomous, structured, and reactive, you know how to work with various stakeholders.

We are primarily looking for a profile experienced in training coordination and management.
