About the company

Our Adéquat agency in Feurs is recruiting a Human Resources Officer M/F for an evolving several-month mission for its client specializing in the industry.

Your tasks

• Onboarding & integration monitoring: organizing the first arrival steps, preparing welcome paths, ensuring follow-up of milestones (documents, access, scheduling)
• Time management / absences (depending on organization): control and consolidation of data, processing absence requests, compliance with internal procedures
• Disciplinary support and management of HR situations: collecting elements, preparing exchanges, administrative follow-up of files (in compliance with regulations)
• Training & development: identifying needs, participating in the organization of sessions (internal/external), ensuring follow-up of registrations and evaluations
• Management of mobility files / international HR (if applicable): coordination of information and formalities, exchanges with English-speaking interlocutors
• Preparation of payroll elements / data control (without necessarily performing the payroll): verification of HR variables, coordination with the payroll department, consistency checks
• Training administrative follow-up / reporting: updating HR dashboards, consolidating data for internal committees
• HR monitoring & compliance: ensuring the update of documents/processes, contributing to compliance actions (as requested)

Requirements

• Confirmed experience in a generalist HR position
• Proficiency in professional English (internal exchanges and documents)
• Knowledge of HR processes and personnel administrative management
• Sense of confidentiality, rigor, and ability to work autonomously
