About the company

Our aeronautics department is recruiting for Thalès a Team Assistant M/F for a mission from 26/10/2026 to 29/01/2027 (temporary increase in activity) located in Vélizy-Villacoublay (78) for a client specialized in the scientific sector / projects.

Your tasks

Your future missions

• Assist a manager and facilitate the organization of activities and internal/external liaisons while respecting confidentiality
• Ensure administrative follow-up: note-taking, minutes, formatting and circulation of documents
• Organize travel, the onboarding of new arrivals and the preparation of events / workshops
• Contribute to document management and administrative tasks (purchasing, invoices, expense reports, service requests)

Requirements

The Ideal Profile

• Bac+2/3 training (type BTS/DUT Team or Management Assistant)
• Excellent communication, sense of service and ability to interact with different interlocutors (operational, support, engineering)
• Mastery of Pack Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to respect current protocols
• Knowledge of required tools: SAP / Concur (knowledge of Blueshop would be a plus)
• Basic English
